frozen puff pastry sheets, thawed, fully cooked chicken sausage links, sliced about 1/4 inch thick, egg, lightly beaten, country dijon or coarse-grained mustard, sour cream

chicken andouille sausage links, boneless skinless chicken breast, sweet onion, chopped (or less ), mccormick roasted garlic and red bell pepper seasoning blend (or omit, not necessary), crushed tomatoes, chicken broth, dijon mustard, cream cheese ( i used philly light), dried basil (if you use fresh, about 1/4 cup chopped, or more ), marjoram, pasta, any type you like , i used short wide egg noodles approx. 10 oz. dry (i didn tsp measure, just dumped in what i thought i needed)

oil, onion, diced fine, garlic cloves, crushed, chorizo sausage, skinned, chopped, skinless chicken thighs , filets diced into bite sized pieces, wine, water, chicken stock powder, light cream, coarse grain mustard , heaped, semi sun-dried tomato, chopped , i used smoked ones, grated parmesan cheese, cracked black pepper, basil leaves, shredded
