4 bean cabbage salad feta peppers Recipes

red kidney beans, sweet red pepper, chopped ( you can also use combination of red,yellow, and orange for a very colorful salad), chopped cabbage ( i use more like 6 cups), green onions ( the mericans call em scallions ), feta cheese, crumbled, generous handful , chopped parsley, garlic ( for me that s a waste of time...at least 3), lemon juice ( fresh is better , but failing that, reallemon works), oil (i use olive)

chicken broth, uncooked couscous, garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained, green onion tops, sliced, carrots, shredded, red bell pepper, seeded and diced, pitted kalamata olives, coarsely chopped, mint vinaigrette, shredded lettuce or cabbage, crumbled feta cheese (optional)
