infant cereal (baby ), stage 1 applesauce baby food, cinnamon, pancake mix

quick-cooking oats, milk, water, carrot baby food, vanilla extract, brown sugar, nonfat greek yogurt, light pancake syrup

whole wheat flour, rice milk, peach puree (or jarred peach baby food), baking powder, ginger, banana, sliced

whole wheat flour (white is fine too), baking powder, salt, brown sugar (white works too), cinnamon, optional but i like the added flavor, egg, beaten, oil (optional but i think improves consistency esp if you use whole wheat flour ), baby food (i use natures garden stage two which are 4 oz each), vanilla (optional), milk (or as much as is needed to reach desired consistency)
