4 apple pecan salad raspberry vinaigrette Recipes

head of leafy green lettuce, washed, dried , and torn to bite-size pieces., red onion, thinly sliced ., granny smith apple, peeled and thinly sliced ., roasted pecans ( or walnuts), dried cherries, raspberry vinaigrette..see below, crumbled gorgonzola cheese ( or maytag blue!)

apple (whatever is your favorite), raisins (you could also use any dried fruits cranberry, blueberry etc.), chicken, cubed (you can use the can or just a medium chicken breast), mayonnaise (i prefer miracle whip), raspberry pecan vinaigrette (or your favorite salad dressing)

spring greens mix, whole honey crisp apples thinly sliced, lemon juice, crumbled blue cheese, pecan toasted, whole red onions thinly sliced, cranberries, dried coarsely chopped, raspberry walnut vinaigrette
