cream cheese, cool whip, sugar, prepared angel food cake (if you can tsp find a round 1, you can use two of the loaf type), strawberries, prepared strawberry glaze (usually found in the produce section of the grocery) or 1 jar strawberry sauce (usually found in the produce section of the grocery)

flour, sugar, divided, egg whites, at room temperature, salt, cream of tartar, vanilla extract

cool whip frozen whipped topping, thawed (or use whipped cream), sour cream, angel food cake, cream cheese flavor instant pudding mix (or use vanilla pudding mix), kiwi fruits, peeled and sliced, fresh strawberries, sliced, bananas, sliced, crushed pineapple (drained, can use 1 can, i use two!)
