4 agnello i lamb Recipes

boneless leg of lamb, trimmed ,lamb stew meat works well,i have also used chops with the bone and it works just as well jus, onion, peeled and chopped (any color but green ), garlic, peeled and chopped ,to taste, fresh sage leaves, chopped (dried can be subed in a pinch), olive oil, dry white wine, diced tomatoes, drained (get the best you can afford), salt and pepper, red pepper flakes, to taste (a little will go a long way ), egg yolks

red bell peppers, yellow bell peppers, lamb , in 1 1nch cubes (lean, i use loin), olive oil, garlic cloves, whole and peeled, dry white wine, tomatoes, seeded and chopped, salt (to taste), white pepper (to taste), boiling water , as needed

eggplant, diced, italian seasoned breadcrumbs, milk, ground lamb, egg, slightly beaten, salt, fresh ground black pepper, crushed red pepper flakes, extra virgin olive oil, garlic clove, minced, mushroom marinara sauce (i used newman s own), oregano, freshly grated romano cheese, plus more for serving, bucatini pasta , rigati (i used barilla), chopped fresh flat leaf parsley
