Ingredients:

  • 1 cup shortening
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 1/2 cups flour (sifted)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3/4 lb m & ' ( plain, not with nuts)

Directions:

  1. Cream shortening and sugars.
  2. Beat in vanilla and eggs.
  3. Add flour, baking soda and salt, mixing well.
  4. Stir in M&M'S.
  5. Drop by teaspoonfuls on cookie sheets.
  6. Bake 10 minutes at 375°.
