Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Muddle 2 tablespoons of simple syrup (or raw sugar), 6-12 mint leaves and pomegranate seeds in a highball glass.
  2. Fill glass with ice and add pomegranate liqueur, rum and lime juice. Top with a splash of club soda.
