Peanut Butter Fudge (Microwave)

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/3 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Mix sugar, butter and milk. Cook uncovered in microwave 2 minutes.
  2. Beat till smooth, cook 1/2 minute more.
  3. Quickly add the peanut butter. Beat till smooth, then pour into buttered 8-inch pan. Let cool in refrigerator, then cut into bitesize pieces.
