Michigan No-Bake Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 8 tbsp fat-free margarine (1 stick)
  • 3 cups oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup skim milk

Directions:

  1. Mix and bring to a boil the sugar, cocoa, milk, and butter.
  2. Cool slightly, add vanilla, peanut butter, and oatmeal. Mix well.
  3. Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper and let cool a couple of hours.
  4. Enjoy!
