Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2/3 cup icing sugar

Directions:

  1. Stir icing sugar and lemon juice together in a jug until sugar dissolves.
  2. Stir in sparkling mineral water.
  3. Pour mixture into six 1/4 cup ice-block moulds.
  4. Press lids on firmly.
  5. Freeze 6 hours or overnight.
