These were my favourtie ice blocks in new zealand and now I have the recipe, WOO HOO!!! they are delish and 0g fat, I can indulge, goodie. Are perfect on a hot day to cool you down Ingredients:
1/4 cup lemon juice |
2/3 cup icing sugar |
1 cup sparkling water |
Directions:
1. stir icing sugar and lemon juice together in a jug until sugar dissolves. 2. stir in sparkling mineral water. 3. pour mixture into six 1/4 cup ice-block moulds. 4. press lids on firmly. 5. freeze 6 hours or overnight. |
