Ingredients:

  • 1 red bird peppermint stick - this is a porous peppermint stick, not hard like a candy cane

Directions:

  1. Roll the lemon well and then slice the top off just so the pulp shows. Cut an X into the pulp and insert peppermint stick into it.
  2. Use the peppermint stick as a straw to suck the lemon juice through. Squeeze the lemon to get more juice through the stick - if the peppermint stick melts before the lemon juice is gone, get another stick!
  3. Really fun for a picnic!
