Israeli Sum Sum Sesame Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup sifted flour
  • 2 cups sesame seeds

Directions:

  1. Cream eggs, sugar and oil together.
  2. Sift soda and flour and add.
  3. Work in the sesame seeds.
  4. Roll mixture into small balls and spread them on a greased cookie sheet.
  5. Press cookie down with your thumb.
  6. Bake in a 350* oven for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
