Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Note-make sure the butter is allowed to reach room temp this allows for better mixing and spreading.
  2. Get the grill or even a grill plate heated you don't need a bonfire for this :)
  3. Grab a mixing bowl and a wooden spoon or spatula
  4. Begin to mince the garlic
  5. Place the butter in the bowl.
  6. Add in minced garlic and mix carefully
  7. Set aside and take the handful of cilantro and tear it up no need to be fancy.
  8. Now add it to the butter garlic mix and stir all ingredients together.
  9. Refrigerate the butter while dong the next step
  10. Take the loaf of French bread and cut it at an angle for presentation
  11. After the bread is cut spread the butter on both sides of the bread
  12. Very carefully place the bread on the grill or grill plate. flipping over occasionally
  13. Now some of the bread will become very crispy on the outside but do not over cook and make the center hard this is what makes the bread so wonderful because you get the crunch of the crust and the softness of the center
  14. A word of caution watch the flames and try not to let the butter melt all the way it tastes so much better this way!
