Ingredients:

  • 4 1/2 cups oats ( oat meal, old-fashioned style)
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar , packed
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (mini if desired)
  • 1 cup raisins

Directions:

  1. Lightly grease a 9x13 pan. In a large bowl combine all ingredients except chocolate chips and raisins. Once ingredients are mixed, gently fold in chocolate chips and raisins.
  2. Pour and press mixture into pan (use a sheet of wax paper to press down granola, so it does not stick. Lightly grease if needed). Bake 18-22 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool for 10 minutes and cut. Cool completely before removing from pan.
  3. Wrap individually. Can be frozen if desired.
  4. *Add what you like - coconut, nuts, sunflower seeds, etc to make it your own. You can also reduce the oatmeal and add other cereal, etc.
