Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2 cups confectioners' sugar

Directions:

  1. Coat an 8-inch square baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In large saucepan, bring granulated sugar, butter, heavy cream, and salt to boil over medium heat, stirring frequently.
  3. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Remove from heat and slowly add confectioners' sugar and vanilla, stirring until smooth and well combined.
  5. Stir in red and green glace cherries until evenly distributed.
  6. Spoon into baking dish and chill 1 hour, or until firm.
  7. Cut into squares and serve, or store in an airtight container.
