Grilled Mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • 6 portabela mushrooms sliced
  • 1/4 cup of light olive oil
  • 1 tsp of emeril's original essence or your farorite steak seasoning

Directions:

  1. Mix olive oil and Steak seasoning together
  2. Use a basting brush to coat mushrooms
  3. Grill on med-high for 5-6 mins per side(I have a grill basket which really helps to flip these over)
  4. Keep mushrooms moist with extra mixture of olive oil and seasoning
  5. Serve hot
