Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp dried mint
  • 1 tbsp sumac
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in lidded jar and shake well. Serve immediately or allow flavors to meld in the refrigerator overnight.
