Dressing for a traditional fattouch salad. Ingredients:
3/4 cup olive oil |
1/4 cup lemon juice |
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar |
1 tablespoon dried mint |
1 tablespoon sumac |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon ground pepper |
1/4 teaspoon paprika |
1/4 teaspoon turmeric |
1/4 teaspoon onion powder |
1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in lidded jar and shake well. Serve immediately or allow flavors to meld in the refrigerator overnight. |
