Easy Caramel Frosting

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup light brown sugar , packed
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 2/3 cups powdered sugar

Directions:

  1. In saucepan, mix brown sugar, milk, butter and salt. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Once boiling, remove from heat. Let cool down.
  2. Stir in vanilla flavoring. Add powdered sugar by adding 3 tablespoons at a time. Beat until smooth and creamy.
