  1. In a large bowl, beat butter until fluffy; beat in brown and white sugars unil smooth, Beat in eggs, one at a timel beat in vanilla.
  2. In separate bowl, stir together flour, baking soda and salt; stir into butter mixture in three additions. Stir in semisweet and white chocolate.(5oz each).
  3. Drop by rounded tablespoons, about 2 1/2 inches apart, onto greased baking sheets; flatten slightly.
  4. Bake in 350f oven for about 10 minutes, until edges are golden and centres stil soft. Makes about 48 cookies.
