Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put chicken in crock pot.
  2. Sprinkle gravy mix on top.
  3. Pour soup over that, then pour wine over all.
  4. Cook on low for 8-10 hours. Thirty minutes before serving, add cream cheese.
  5. When ready to serve, remove chicken and whisk the sauce together.
  6. Serve over pasta or rice.
