  3. Envelope Lipton Onion-Mushroom Recipe Soup Mix
  4. /2 c.olive or vegetable oil
  5. /4 c.margarine, melted
  6. Tsp thyme leaves,opt.
  7. Tsp marjoram leaves,opt.
  8. /4 tsp pepper
  9. Lbs potatoes,cut into quarters
  10. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  11. In a shallow baking pan thoroughly blend all ingredients except potatoes. Add potatoes & turn to coat thoroughly.Bake stirring occasionally, 60 minutes or til potatoes are tender & golden brown. Garnish,if desired with chopped parsley.
