Cookie Dough Brownies

Ingredients:

  • 1 (20 oz) package brownie mix , for 9x13-inch pan ( including eggs , oil , etc)
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 (12 oz) package mini chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp shortening

Directions:

  1. Prepare brownie mix according to package directions.
  2. Bake and let cool.
  3. Cream the 1/2 cup margarine, both sugars, vanilla, and milk.
  4. Stir in flour and 1 cup of the chocolate chips.
  5. Spread on cooled brownies.
  6. Melt remaining chocolate chips with 2 tablespoons of shortening.
  7. Spread over cookie dough.
  8. Let chocolate set.
  9. Cut the brownies, store in the refrigerator.
