Chocolate brownies topped with cookie dough. Ingredients:
1 (20 ounce) package brownie mix, for 9x13-inch pan (including eggs, oil, etc) |
1/2 cup butter |
1/4 cup granulated sugar |
1/2 cup packed brown sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
2 tablespoons milk |
1 cup flour |
1 (12 ounce) package mini chocolate chips |
2 tablespoons shortening |
Directions:
1. Prepare brownie mix according to package directions. 2. Bake and let cool. 3. Cream the 1/2 cup margarine, both sugars, vanilla, and milk. 4. Stir in flour and 1 cup of the chocolate chips. 5. Spread on cooled brownies. 6. Melt remaining chocolate chips with 2 tablespoons of shortening. 7. Spread over cookie dough. 8. Let chocolate set. 9. Cut the brownies, store in the refrigerator. |
