Ingredients:

  1. Black Forrest Mocha.
  2. 3 oz. premium, dark roast, medium ground coffee
  3. 1 oz. chocolate syrup
  4. 1 oz. bing cherry syrup
  5. 1/2 oz. grand orange syrup
  6. Milk (can be added now or individually, later)

  8. Blackberry Summer Dream
  9. 1 package frozen blackberries (10 oz)
  10. 1/2 cup extra fine granulated sugar
  11. 1/2 cup Water (spring water is best)
  12. 9 cups cold coffee (darker roast brewed drip style)
  13. 1 pint Half-and-half
  14. 1 cup sweetened whipped cream (or CoolWhip)
  15. 9 whole blackberries
  16. Put frozen blackberries in a blender with the sugar and water and puree. Strain mixture into a large mixing bowl. Add the 9 cups of coffee and the pint of half-and-half. Blend well. Pour or spoon into 12-ounce glasses partially filled with crushed ice. Top with whipped cream and whole blackberries.
