Coconut Butterballs

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup unsifted flour

Directions:

  1. Cream butter, sugar and vanilla together.
  2. Add flour all at once and blend
  3. Add coconut mixing well.
  4. Shape into small balls and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  5. Chill 15 minutes.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
  7. Roll in additional powdered sugar while warm.
  8. Yield: 3 dozen.
