Chocolate [turds] Drops

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 6 tbsp cocoa
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Aka Quick Chocolate Drops
  2. Mix oats, cocoanut and cocoa. Heat butter, sugar and milk. Pour over dry ingredients and stir well. Drop by teaspoon onto wax or parchment paper and chill.
  3. Note: Easier to form drops if slightly chilled first
  4. Another note: Any crumbs can be saved for a crunchy ice cream topping.
