Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 1/4 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup walnuts

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
  2. In lg.
  3. Bowl mix flour, sugar, and cocoa.
  4. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  5. Reserve 2 cups crumbs.
  6. Press remaining crumbs in bottom of 13 by 9 inch pan.
  7. Bake 15 minutes.

  9. Bowl beat cream cheese till fluffy.
  10. At med speed gradually beat in milk.
  11. Add egg and vanilla; blend well.
  12. Pour over crust.
  13. Add choc.
  14. Chips and walnuts to reserved crumbs.
  15. Crumble over cream cheese mixture.
  16. Bake 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  17. Cool on wire rack.
  18. Refrigerate.
