Chocolate Orange Truffle Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Heat milk in saucepan to a simmer.
  2. Blend sugar, liqueur, egg, and chocolate chips in blender for 30 seconds.
  3. With blender on, add hot milk and blend one minute.
  4. (Hot milk will cook the egg).
  5. Pour into individual serving cups.
  6. Chill and top with whipped cream.
  7. Can substitute other flavored liqueurs like hazelnut, amaretto or coffee.
