Chocolate Marble Chunk Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup margarine
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup cocoa

Directions:

  1. Beat margarine and sugars till light and fluffy.
  2. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
  3. Add flour, baking soda and salt mixing well.
  4. Transfer 1 3/4 cup of the dough to another bowl and beat in cocoa.
  5. Divide the chocolate evenly between both batters.
  6. At this point I shoved the vanilla batter onto one side of the bowl and added the chocolate mixture to the other side.
  7. Then using my cookie scoop, I picked up some of each till my scoop was full and plopped them on the sheets.
  8. Bake at 350 for 8 - 10 minutes!
