Ingredients:

  • 2 small boxes of vanilla instant pudding
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 8 oz cool whip
  • frosting
  • 4 tbsp. cocoa
  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp karo syrup
  • 1 1/2 cups confectioner's sugar
  • 3 tbsp. milk

Directions:

  1. Butter a 13 X 9 dish
  2. Line bottom with gaham crackers
  3. Mix pudding with milk; add cool whip, mix and spread 1/2 over crackers, place anouther layer of crackers and spread remainder of pudding mixture over the crackers, place a third layer of crackers.
  4. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  5. Frosting;
  6. Beat all of the ingredients for frosting until smooth.
  7. Frost and refrigerate for 24 hour.
  8. Cut and serve
