Ingredients:

  • subway hot mustard has no sugars or fats in it --- it's just pure spicy mustard. so after you've ordered everything you want on your salad, have them drizzle it with their hot mustard, then have them douse it with their red vinegar. this is a surprisingly good substitute for salad dressing. it can'tsp compete with bleu cheese, obviously, but sometimes we just need a plan b to get through a meal at a restaurant, and this does the trick.
