Directions:

  1. TOPPING
  2. Oz soft cream cheese
  3. /8 t salt
  4. Beaten egg
  5. Oz pkg miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips
  6. /3 c sugar
  7. Combine cream cheese, egg, sugar and salt in small bowl. Add chips to mix and refrigerate
  8. CAKE DOUGH
  9. -1/3 cup flour
  10. /3 cup melted butter or margarine
  11. Cup sugar
  12. T white vinegar
  13. /4 cup cocoa
  14. T vanilla
  15. T salt
  16. T baking sode
  17. Cup water
  18. Mix all together. Line teacake-sized cupcake pans with tine cupcake liners. Fill 1/2 full with cake mixture. Top with cream cheese mixture but NOT TO TOP. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes, no more! Perhaps even 1 - 2 minutes less!
