1. TOPPING 2. oz soft cream cheese 3. /8 t salt 4. beaten egg 5. oz pkg miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips 6. /3 c sugar 7. Combine cream cheese, egg, sugar and salt in small bowl. Add chips to mix and refrigerate 8. CAKE DOUGH 9. -1/3 cup flour 10. /3 cup melted butter or margarine 11. cup sugar 12. T white vinegar 13. /4 cup cocoa 14. t vanilla 15. t salt 16. t baking sode 17. cup water 18. Mix all together. Line teacake-sized cupcake pans with tine cupcake liners. Fill 1/2 full with cake mixture. Top with cream cheese mixture but NOT TO TOP. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes, no more! Perhaps even 1 - 2 minutes less! |
