Ingredients:

  • 1 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 cups oatmeal

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, mix oil, sugars, egg, water and vanilla.
  3. In a small bowl, mix rest of ingredients.
  4. Stir dry mixture into wet mixture just until mixed.
  5. Pour into 9x13-inch pan.
  6. Bake for about 25 minutes.
