Bailey's Irish Cream Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup bailey's irish cream
  • 2 1/4 cups cake flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 (6 oz) package semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Cream butter, sugars and egg until fluffy.
  2. Add vanilla and Bailey's Irish cream.
  3. Mix dry ingredients and blend into creamed mixture.
  4. Add chocolate chips.
  5. Drop onto ungreased baking sheets.
  6. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
  7. Cool.
  8. Or don't cool. Just eat. :).
