Apricot Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 package orange jello
  • 3/4 cup boiling water
  • 1 3 oz package cream cheese
  • 1 can apricots

Directions:

  1. Put hot water and jello in blender.
  2. Add cream cheese cut in pieces with juice from apricots.
  3. Blend well.
  4. Cut up canned apricots into quarters and mix with blended ingredents.
  5. Pour into a glass serving dish and chill until well set.
