Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp tomato puree
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Fry the onions
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to the boil
  3. Simmer for 20 minutes
