Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put chopped lemon rind & all in blender.
  2. Add 1/2°C sugar.
  3. Add 1°C of cold water, blend well.
  4. Strain in fine mesh strainer.
  5. Add 3 C.cold water to lemon water.
  6. Makes 1 quart.
  7. Serve ice cold & enjoy!
