Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. First run hot water over the spinach in a colander until it is defrosted
  3. Then squeeze it to get the water out.
  4. In an oven safe bowl or glass casserole dish microwave the cream cheese for a couple minutes to make soft
  5. Then stir together garlic, mayo, artichokes, cheese and dry parmesan (add more mayo if it is too thick)
  6. Add the spinach and artichokes and mix well
  7. Sprinkle some remaining cheese on top
  8. Bake in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes
  9. Serve with toasted rye bread or tostitos
