granny smith apples, whole milk (i m sure you could use 1% or 2%), cold water, hot chocolate powder (without marshmallows), knox unflavored gelatin, granulated sugar, butterscotch schnapps (your favourite brand) or 1/2 cup caramel vodka (i use smirnoff kissed caramel vodka), lemon juice (to prevent browning of apples)

water, lemons, cut into 8 wedges each, white sugar, unflavored gelatin, lemon vodka, turbinado sugar
