philadelphia cream cheese, softened, marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped, frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained, kraft shredded mozzarella cheese, kraft grated parmesan cheese, garlic powder

fresh artichokes, (check for pale stem ends, dark brown indicates long storage and old artichokes), tablepoons of olive oil , best you can afford, garlic, onion, savory, salt, good white wine, dipping sauce, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juiced, dijon mustard, worchestershire sauce, a few grinds of fresh ground black pepper, a smidgeon of grated raw onion , really only a tsp or so
