mustard (what you like but i used yellow the last time and it was great!), kosher salt, cracked black pepper, balsamic vinegar, honey, shallot, finely minced, minced garlic, extra virgin olive oil, lettuce, trimmed and torn (mixed or what you like, romaine works well), sliced scallions (or half of a thinly sliced red onion), herbs, fresh minced (what you like but parsley and thyme work well), grape tomatoes, halved, carrot, thinly sliced, celery ribs, thinly sliced, sultana raisin, craisins (dried cranberries), toasted walnuts, chopped, blue cheese , crumbles (optional, feta works too)
