brown rice, chicken stock, butter, salt, zucchini, salt, ground chicken or 1 lb ground turkey, ricotta cheese, sage leaves, chopped, stewed tomatoes, chicken stock, garlic , smashed, chipotle chile in adobo, chopped with a little of the sauce (more if you wish, i used 2) (optional), buttermilk, cornstarch, shredded cheese, of your choice (i used sharp cheddar ), fresh cubed brown bread, crusts removed or 1 cup white bread (i used brown)
