two lb. loaf of round bread (preferred pumpernickle or rye), cut off lid and hollow out inside., bacon (fried and crumbled ), grated sharp cheddar cheese, monterey jack shredded-sometimes sub jack with jalapeno, parmesan, grated onion, glove of garlic minced, mayonnaise

whole round unsliced soft bread such as pumpernickle , corn rye, rye etc., sour cream, mayonaisse, dried dill weed, beau monde seasoning ( try not to substitute for best results ), chopped parsley, diced sweet onion ( red or white )
