5 pressure mushroom beef stew Recipes

lean beef (or 1 lb of each) or 2 lbs veal, cut into cubes (or 1 lb of each), onion, sliced, garlic clove, minced, white mushrooms or 1 lb baby portabella mushrooms, cleaned and cut into quarters, olive oil (or oil of choice), crushed italian plum tomatoes with liquid (or two 14 ounce cans of tomato sauce), carrots , cut into 1 inch pieces (about 1 lb), peeled potatoes, cut in half , then quarter each half, fresh green string bean, cleaned and cut into bite sized pieces (can use frozen, cut green beans), dry red wine, bay leaf, dried basil, crushed (optional), dried oregano, crushed (optional), salt (to your taste ), pepper (to your taste ), boiling water

stew beef or chuck roast browned on both sides using 1tbsp. oil, water or beef broth, dry cooking sherry, whole bay leaves, worchestershire sauce, cube potatos cubed, cube carrots cut into chunks, whole spanish or yellow onion cut into chunks, mushrooms cut in half, salt and pepper to taste
