rotisserie chicken, cooked long grain and wild rice blend (or 2 8.8 oz. packs ready to serve long-grain and wild rice, cooked according to package directions), unsalted butter, diced red onion, diced celery, quartered artichoke hearts, drained, sour cream, chicken broth, salt, fresh ground black pepper, curry powder

cooked rice (i used brown, but i am sure white will work just as good), olive oil, zucchini, sliced thin, yellow squash, sliced thin, chopped white onion (or whatever you have), green bell pepper, chopped, mushrooms, sliced (more if you wish), garlic cloves, minced, garlic salt, paprika, cayenne pepper, dried oregano, petite diced tomatoes (or reg.diced), mexicorn (drained ), black beans, rinsed and drained, cheese , i used italian blend but monterey jack would also be good, sliced cooked chicken (optional)
