3 pan fried chicken breast mushroom Recipes

chicken broth, marinara sauce (or meatless spaghetti sauce), real butter, white wine (or white cooking wine), flour, diced garlic, crushed red pepper flakes (to taste), salt (to taste), pepper (to taste), sliced mushrooms, pasta (i like to use linguine or maybe penne), sauteed shrimp or lightly pan fried chicken breasts (i like mine pounded out a little thin so they cook more even and quicker) or fish (i ve used sole, red snapper, and tilapia...they were all good)

chicken breast, fresh button mushroom, canned bamboo shoot, sliced, canned water chestnut, sliced, ginger, finely chopped, garlic, minced, chicken stock (see note *), oyster sauce, sugar, cornstarch, soy sauce, rice wine or 1 tbsp dry sherry, sesame oil, cornstarch, oil , for stir-frying
